Hello!
Our company located in Russia. We have a printer DeskJet 1510 All-In-One. Cartridge 61 become empty and we searched for a new one. But we cant find the same 61 Black cartridge. We found 122 black cartridge (in compatible devises was DeskJet 1510), bought it and installed, but printer have an error "incompatible cartridge". Then we realized that 122 cartridge isn't compatible with our printer (B2L56A) but compatible with (B2L56C). This information isn't indicated in shops, how can we know that?
Every normal people searching for cartidge, see a model (like DeskJet 1510) and buy it.
Is there a chance to use 122 black cartridge on (B2L56A)? Maybe to upload new firmware or something?
We need to use this printer and buy cartridges in local shops.
Sorry for my nad English.

Hi,
The printer should come with HP 122 ink cartridges in russia.
If it currently uses hp 61 ink cartridges you will need to contact HP Support and perform a pen regionalization...
You will need a Full Set of genuine HP 122 black and Tri-Color cartridges and the printer connected to a Windows or Mac computer to reset it.
Once all available contact HP Russia by filling the form below, then the case number and the contact details will be provided:
Note: if you being declined as the printer is not in warranty follow the steps to dispute due to ink cartridges or accessories in warranty..
