Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0039nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guys.i bought Samsung UR59C to connect with my other hp laptop (turns on but defected screw) and won't get it to work ..it didn't even work with my other hp laptop. I tried the monitor with Samsung S21 phone and it works perfectly and seamlessly. What's up with Hp and Samsung compatibility?

I double checked the drivers and everywhere says device working properly but just wont be detected.

 

I used both HDMI-HDMI and HDMI-USB C. Only the latter worked with the Samsung phone. 

 

Is it a Windows 11 problem?

 

Any ideas???

 

I dunno why this Question is on the printers side
