I have a new Spectrum router and the WPS is internal I am having trouble connecting my Laser jet pro MFP 125nw to wireless network.  Do you know how to connect?

@Joyce82, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network.

 

To connect the printer to your wireless network, refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

If you do not have a WPS button, you have to go to the EWS page of the router to access the WPS option. Contact your Internet service provider for assistance.

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Connect the printer to a 2.4GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

The last option would be to use the USB cable. Refer to - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection
