HP Recommended

Been on going.  Got paper jam out, but will not feed paper.  Just gets stuck going in.  Do not see any additional paper pieces.  Is there someway to take rollers out to look.  I have unplugged and waited a minute.  Still not fixed.  There is no HP support and I cannot use this machine which is only 2 years old.  What a shame.
