When using the automatic feeder, copy has balck lines on it.  How to clean the rollers?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet 6500 printer. I understand that you are getting vertical lines while copying from ADF.

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Clean the scanner.
  • Clean the ADF rollers.
  • Change the copy settings.
  • Change the paper settings.
  • Reset the printer.

Click here and follow the steps mentioned in the document to perform above steps.
