HP Recommended
Product: HP Deskjet 3050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Printing okay. Scanning okay.  When copying the result is a total SOLID  black or colour page i.e. from corner to corner depending whether you are doing a colour or black only copy - it is NOT A BLANK page.  I have done test pages, cleaned the heads, aligned the cartridges but still same result.  AnNy suggestions or just throw the printer away ?
