Product: HP Officejet Pro K8600
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

The Cyan and Yellow colors are not printng,  I did all the cleaning and aligning but still not printing. The levels showing fine and printhead health showing Good for both heads. Any help will be highly apprecited.
