Photosmart D110
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All -

I've tried a ton of times to get the Photosmart drivers and software (including HP Solution Center) installed on an HP Pavilion g running Windows 10 and it always fails at the "configuring product" stage.

I'm downloading the latest Full_Webpack-140.0.408-5-PS_AIO_07_D110_140_408-5 file from hp.com, and running it as administrator. I've tried both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions. I've unstalled everything with Revo Uninstaller and have tried again. I have no problem adding it as a printer and printing to it - i just can't get the Solution Center going, so i can't scan!

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?? Or, are there any other software solutions out there that will allow me to use the scanner?

(PS. I have this installed on another Dell laptop and it works just fine).

Here's a screenshot..

Per another post, not only did i uninstall everything and remove the printer before reinstalling, but i also did a clean reboot and disabled my antivirus and firewalls... still the same stuff.  I've attached the screen and the log snippet  below

Just following up in case anyone has the same problem... I eventually resorted to a PC refresh and that solved my problem. It looked like there was some sort of registry conflict going on in the logs, and that just seemed like the last option to fix it.
