HP DJ T1100 44"

Unit has a new belt from last year.  Original error 02.1:10.  Replaced Carriage, Trl Cable and Service Station.  Unit now comes to ready, It went thru a complete restarted with all new printheads and ink cartridges. I go to load paper, it does some back and forth checking, then before it completely loads carriage stops about a foot to the left of the service station and shows error 86:01

A common issue on this series is when the carriage is removed or reinstalled the carriage bushing falls off or part of it breaks causing the carriage to be a bit to low so it hits as it comes out of the service station. I would check that and also clean the encoder.  Below is a link to a picture of the bushing.
