HP Recommended

I have just sent an email to print, forgetting that I hadn't rebooted today.  To my surprise, it has printed.  I'm not altogether certain which change I have made that has freed up this logjam, but there is no doubt that Sabretooth04's advice is what has got me there.

 

Sabretooth - if you would like to offer an opinion, for the sake of others reading, please do.  And thanks for your time and patience.
