Product: HP DesignJet Scanner 4200

I need the maintenance/calibration sheets PN Q1278-60012 for the DesignJet 4200 scanner.

 

Can someone help me get these please? Can someone send me pdf files to print out to reproduce? Or can you send me copies of maintenance/calibration sheets? or whatever needs to be done to get these.

 

Obviously these are kind of pricey to purchase--if you can find them. Up to a few to several hundred.

 

....the white background strip is a bit scratched down to aluminum metal at both ends in the top guide plate but I plan to go ahead and leave it in there and just see how the good the copies look, maybe I should replace that. Not sure. I guess from years of sheet edges abrading the strip.

 

Thanks for any help on getting calibration/maintenance sheets.
