On Loading printer initialises to 94%.  A number of clicks and either print head/cutter movements and eventually returns a code 86:01 paper jam.  Paper seems clear but when touch screen get the following:-

Remove all printheads and ink tanks and media from the plotter. Disconnect the ethernet or usb cable. Now turn on the plotter and see if it get to where it asks for the missing items. If so load each when requested and see if it comes to ready. If you get the 86.01 error you may have a issue with the drive belt. Also delete all printjobs waiting to be printed as your error seems to be coming from input coming into the printer. If you get to ready, plug the ethernet or usb cable back in and try to print a test page.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. There was no print jobs scheduled for the printer.

Manged to get into printer even although still showing 94% by playing with the touch panel.  Not sure what final combination areas touched opened the panel.

Resolved by setting printer back to factory defaults and removing paper and ink cartridges.

Could be due to ink cartridges being passed use by date.
