DesignJet T520

Client had not used it for a few months and when tried to print something the black did not print becase "the ink had dried out." He then "removed the cartridges and the printhead/cartridge carrier used rubbing alcohol to dissolve the dried ink and put it back together and when he turns it on now he gets a blue screen with an error code of B07E7117." I can t find it in the manual. Any suggestions?

They are available from hp parts for 25.00 which is the way I would first go since it is a lot cheaper then the ebay item.  The part number is CQ890-67105.

Just go to the link below and put the part number in to order.
