Product: HP Super Heavyweight Plus Matt
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
I have purchased 9 rolls of HP Super Heavyweight Plus Matte paper from two vendors and 7 of them are wound backwards on the rolls, printing on the back side of the paper. This appears like squirting food coloring on a napkin. Turning the paper over results in the correct print/ink combo, however, the paper can't be loaded in reverse because the curl is too firm to load the paper in the printer. It gets caught inside the printer and can't pass beyond the print head track. The lot numbers all look like: V151380003 and V151380006.
