HP Recommended
Product: Designjet 100 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm having trouble loading the system maintenance software for a Designjet 100 Plus. It installs fine but when I try to use it I get the following message.

I have tried to reinstall several times and have not had any luck.

I'm trying to get this to work on Windows 7 64bit.

I downloaded the files from HP.

Any ideas or help ?????????
