I am currently working on a DJ 4500 that is giving me a few problems. At first it was a 24:10 error that I tried to correct first by running the broken bag fix. Then thinking it might be just the cartridge (yellow in this case) I replaced that, got past the broken bag error, only to have the display read that the yellow cartridge is bad. Replaced the ink tube assembly and tried again, but i cant get past the problems with the yellow cartridge no matter what I do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Something else i just found while troubleshooting some more...i removed all ink cartridges and printheads, re-booted the plotter and when it comes back on the display reads "Yellow cartridge error: not present". Why only yellow????

had the 24:10, fixed. now it is faulty LM cartridges for me!! Did the ink cartridge removal/ reboot system thing.. no deal. Do you feel the replacement of ink tube assembly helped?
