I just replaced the drive belt was finished and turned it on.

This is what the display read.

 

Severe error: 0x301002

Sounds like a service station error. This link will give some info:

Google the severe error code and you'll find more.
I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

If you just replaced the belt make sure you did not pinch the big gray ribbon cable that goes from the board on top thru the side to the electronics module. Very common to pinch that cable which causes a service station error.
