HP Recommended

I am wondering if you ever resolved this issue?   After a recent upgrade with Window 10 Ver 1709, I have been having the exact same issue.  I recall from days of old where we used to use the computer memory to spool the print, but I can't find those settings in the modern applications.  Thanks, Tim
