My roll of paper wil not load. I follow the loading processes just as always. The paper feeds through just fine, then when it gets to :"automatically correcting paper scew" it feeds all of the paper right back out.
I have tried a hard reset and it is still doing this to me.
At a loss. Please help.

Hi,
You may replace new roll paper and try again. If problem remain same, you may remove the back sheet paper tray and reset the roll paper sensor on right position. Again inserted sheet tray and try to roll paper.
If problem will remain same, you may clean the paprt width sensor on carriage unit.
I hope your problem will solved.

Hi,
Are you replaced new another roll paper which is tied if yes, are you check the roll paper sensor which is movement is smoothly if yes. Please clean the all paper path and spindle gear with paper detector sensor on carriage unit. If your problem will not solved, Please reset the all settings:
Support menu: This can be used by customers under the guidance of phone call agents assisting remotely. Using this menu, customers can perform troubleshooting tasks and access printer information.
From the Home screen, press the following icons one after the other: Back Back Back Back button 4times.
If there is a system error, you may not be able to reach the home screen. In this case, press the Power button and hold it down for 15 seconds.
or From the Home screen, press the following icons one after the other: Home Back Home Home buttons as sequential.
1. The following screen will display, select Support Menu
2. Navigate through the menu using the Left arrow ( ) and Right arrow ( ) in the Front Panel magic frame. You could also use the Up and Down arrows of the Front Panel display.
Reset menus---->Hard reset (Erases all the settings and device self-calibrations including OOBE)----> Pass: 3746
Then check to load the roll paper and confirm to me.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
Good luck
