Product: Designjet T2300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Good afternoon

 

We have a Designjet T2300 and we are having trouble setting custom paper sizes to be available for all our users.

 

We have a range of non-standard sized pdfs that we want to plot. IT are unable to set the custom paper sizes in the print server and get them to be available to all users on the network. 

 

Does anyone have a work flow to achieve this?
