Product: DesignJet T2600

Had a tech leave and did not leave the security login information for one of our DesignJet T2600. Tried all the normal combos, but nothing is working. Is there a way to reset the credentials?

Hi @jbh29 

 

If by reset credentials you mean accessing the embedded web server, then you have to access the service menu(admin by default) and enter 1st level access code 2703 then access printer settings and select Reset Access Control.
