Hello,

Kindly put the printer off by removing the power cable for about a 1 minute then connect the power cable and switch it on.

If this does not solve the problem, reseat the logic board and put it on.

This should solve the problem.

Thank you.

Hi,

Please turn off the printer and open the formatter board and clean the connector point. After that reconnect the formatter board with electronic PCA, then turn on the printer.

Please look the printer status. If possible please share the LED status on formatter board. If problem persist same error, please replace the Electronic Module/Engine PCA: CR651-67006/CR647-67011 and Formatter w/o HDD: CR651-67005

As mention error 01.0:10 means

                                  01.0 - Engine PCA/Electronics module

                                               10 means replace

After replace printer comes ready mode.

Thanks,
Rashed

Hi Kevin,

HP DesignJets have a one year warranty. If your printer is in warranty they should not offer you the phone support charge.

If it should be in warranty call HP and have that clarify.

About the error, Yes, you might have a problem with the Main PCA.

If you need the formatter, Share with us the model number of your printer as there are different Formatters for the different revisions.

Best regards

Mike G
