I seem to have lost my designjet system maintenance tool. Where can I download it?

I found my original installation disk, and installed the maintenance tool. However, when I try to launch the tool, I get a message that the printer must be connected directly to the computer, which it is. I have a USB connection.

Don't understand why it doesn't recognize this.

Is there another method to invoke head cleaning?

Hi,

Try to use your browser on Compatibility mode. Here is a doc about that.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/products/ie-9/features/compatibility-view

If you have problems with the printheads, you can use the following document

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c00070773

For the Printhead cleaning from the front panel, the following doc have the instructions

Thank You, the info you gave me allowed me to clean the print heads from the front panel.

That solved my main problem. However, I still can not launch the maintenance tool. It would be nice if I could, but at least I have a way to clean my heads, now.
