macOS 10.14 Mojave

When trying to scan a document, I keep getting: "Document Feeder Issue - Make sure document is within specs of document feeder and fully seated in the tray". I've double-checked everything, I reset my printer, did a hard reset, unplugged it, re-installed it, updated it and still: the same message. How can I get my printer to scan?

Hi,

Are you using a Plain Paper? any lighter or thicker paper is not supported by the scanner.

Please follow the video below to ensure you correctly load the original into the scanner:

Also, try following these steps to calibrate the scanner and check if that may make any difference:
