I am unable to undertand how to use the ADF on my deskjet 2450 using my MacBook Pro.  I am able to scan a one doc at a time using the glass.   Do not see where to set the scan mode to use the ADF... Please assist... Much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer and would like to know how to use the ADF on the printer.

I did check the printer thoroughly and this printer does not have an ADF (Automated Document feeder). This is a simple HP Deskjet printer and you may use the scanner glass bed for copying for scanning documents.

I suggest you refer to page no. 4 of the user guide to know the different printer parts.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! 🙂
