When I send a document to the printer, it just prints out blank pages. I've tried this from two different computers. When I run the HP Utility to bypass the drivers, it works fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and I get the same problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's not the heads or anything physical as when I print a test page from the HP Utility it comes out fine. The HP Utility says that it bypasses the drivers, so I would assume that it's something to do with those. Thanks.

Thank you for the update.
This issue can be fixed by updating your Mac and then resetting the printing system.
Try the steps below:
* Click the Apple menu icon, and then click “System Preferences”.
* Click “Printers and Scanner” / “Print and Scan” or “Print and Fax”.
* Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click “Reset printing system”.
* Click “Reset” in the confirmation window.
* Enter an administrator username and password, and then click “OK”.
* Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list
* Click the “Add button” (+).
* Find, and then select the name of your printer from the printer list, and then click “Add” to add your printer.
* Click “Print Using...”, and then select the name of your printer (By default “Airprint” would be selected)
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

OK. Did that. It didn't really work. Also, I had to do the firmware update through a PC because my Mac wasn't letting me. Anyway, after the update I reset the printing settings again and it still mostly didn't work. I was able to print a page off of the HP website, but I couldn't print from Word, Pages, or Excel. Anything else I could try? Also, the machine does make copies, so I know it's not something physical. I'm perplexed.
