We own a Deskjet 3050 j610a (All-In-One printer) that recently started to display error code 620060E0. This occurs whenever a wireless print job is sent to the DJ3050 by a Windows Laptop computers or a Kindle. The problem seems to briefly go away whenever I power off/on the printer and we resend the printjob. The print job then seems to print Ok, but the 620060E0 error code seems to reappear within the next few print jobs. What does error code 620060E0 stand for and how do i prevent this DJ3050 from stopping print jobs and later have to be resubmitted? Is our HP DJ3050 power supply going bad? I tried searching the Internet and can find no reference to this HP error code 620060E0... Thanks, Steve

It is strange that HP never responded and has not posted error codes for simple problems such as this to benefit other users of their products. Turning the printer on/off/on as suggested did not solve the problem. This simple problem does not require expensive 3rd computer service. The problem was only solved when I noticed black in buildup on the ink cartridge close to computer contacts & replaced the cartridge. The printer now works fine.

Hello Questor1,
Please try the below steps that should resolve the issue.
- While the printer is ON, unplug the printer power cord.
- Power Off the wireless Router.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug in the printer power cord. If printer does not power On then press the ON button to do so.
- Now Power On the Router.
- Try printing, it should work.
If the issue re-occurs, then printer need to be serviced.
