Welcome to the forums @Vijayaraya 🙂
I read about how when you attempt to save your scans, it tells you that the file already exists.
Try changing the file name before you save the scan and that should work and save properly for you.
Good luck:)

Welcome to the forums @LindaRael92 ,
To scan a multi-page document as one file, this option needs to be selected in the printer software from your computer.
Which operating system are you running on your computer?
I will then look into some steps for you to try.
Happy Monday:)

The + mark is very small, but it IS there on the right side-it's down below the smaller window that shows the page you/ve already scanned. BEFORE you hit 'Save', you want to put the next paper in place-THEN hit the +, let it scan, and if you need to adjust the contrast, do that for each page as you go-it goes back to default each time, put your next page you want scanned into place, hit the + again and continue until you have all the pages you want scanned into that document BEFORE you select SAVE. Then name your file and hurrah! you have multiple pages into the one file. I agree-the little + IS very small and easy to overlook. I thought it lacked something in the directions, as it wasn't clear about just when you select SAVE. I had to start over several times till I figured it out.
Good luck!
