I have changed my router and have a new WiFi network, it is definitely 2.4 Ghz and the signal is very good (I have tried this on the same bench as the router and checked for interference!).
When i try to configure the printer to access the wireless network, I get this error
"Issue: The network name (SSID) you entered manually could not be found.
Solution: Check that your wireless router is powered on. When manually entering your network name (SSID), make sure you enter it exactly including upper and lower case letters and any spaces.
============================================================================================"
This is even if the SSID is selected from a pre-allocated list. I have tried changing the SSID (PlanetExpress) to something shorter, still no luck.
I have also tried reset of wireless (holding down cancel and wireless key).

Hello the_fossette,
I have tried to do this according to the instructions and I keep getting this error:
No matter what I do, I get this error. I haven't even entered the SSID manually, I've chosen it from a list from one PC (wired to the network) and autoconfigured (from a laptop which is on the WiFi).
Thanks,
Chris

@Chunky125, thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.
This issue could occur if the wireless setup is not done properly (USB should be connected and then disconnected).
Please follow the link: Wireless Printer Setup (Windows)
Let me know if this works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.

@Chunky125, thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.
This issue could occur if the printer is not set back to its network defaults.
Hence, Please follow the steps provided below to restore the printer to its network defaults:
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Now follow the link: Wireless Printer Setup (Windows)
You may also connect without the router using the HP Wi-Fi Direct feature by following the steps listed below:
1. If the Wi-Fi Direct light on the printer is off, press the Wi-Fi Direct button to turn on Wi-Fi Direct. The Wi-Fi Direct light is on when Wi-Fi Direct is turned on.
2. Press the Wi-Fi Direct button and the Information button together to print a Wi-Fi Direct guide.
3. Follow the instruction on the Wi-Fi Direct guide to connect your computer or mobile device to the printer.
4. Print as you normally do from your computer or mobile device.
You may also refer page no. 5 in the manual from the link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04715461
Let me know if this works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.

Are you able to print now? Before setting up the printer wirelessly you need to make sure that the printer is connected to your wireless network.
