Product: deskjet 3700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

last week my deskjet 3700 stopped scanning.

the message on the computer screen just says ' general failure'

it still prints perfectly.

any advice?

(i have tried reinstalling the drivers, but no joy.)

Download and run HP Print and Scan Dr utility from link below to troubleshoot the issue.

I have done that, but it makes no difference.

still able to print.

not able to scan.
