Deskjet 3752

Hi.  I've just brought a new Deskjet 3752 and it is only printing in black and white from my Mac Book Pro!

I have printed from my phone in colour but can't find a way to change the preferences on my lap top?

It's frustrating to say the least but any/all help will be very much appriciated.

I have looked and looked for hours on how to change any settings but to ne avail.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Crombie74,

There are a few things that you can try that should help.

Press comand P and in the pop up window check to see if your preset is black and white, you can change it to colour.

You could also try clicking 'File - Print - Colour Matching' then print.

Please let me know if either of these help resolve your issue.

Many Thanks,

Francheska
