Hi Christoph,

I am very interested in your solution as you are just about the only 710C user I have found that has been able to print in Windosw 10.

Unfortunately I  am having difficulty following your instructions, particularly steps 2 and 3.  (My OS is in spanish, but honestly I can't find anything remotely resembling the things you mention.

My Windos 10 is 64 bit but I don't think that's the problem (Maybe my technical inexpertese is)

any help much appreciated!

Thanks,

Richard

Hi Authentic101,

unfortunately the Windows version is crucial here! On 64-bit Windows 10 it only works until next restart if you are lucky and played around with that settings mentioned. On 32-bit Windows it worked out like described.

Only way to the printer maybe working on windows 10 is to us a VM that runs Windows XP or 32-bit Windows 7, where the Printer Port is routed through it. In the VM you can do a network share and use it normally on the hosting Windows 10.
