The printer was able to connect to my wifi network but my computer cannot find the printer.  I tried to add or ping the printer but it does not connect.  What can I do to connect the printer to my computer over the network?  Thanks.

The web interface worked as a temporary solution, but the client ended up upgrading to a Windows 8 PC, and the problem never popped up again. I wish I could give all of you a better solution, but I never could get the darn thing to work correctly on the old Windows 7 32-bit. Nor have I ever encountered that situation again with other clients that own a wireless Photosmart.
