I am trying to order new toner for a printer at a jobsite. It appears there are 8 pieces: 4 Drums and 4 Cartridges. I am able to get the HP Drums locally but am struggling to find the Cartridges and have difficulty getting this through customs at my location. Q1 What is the difference between Drum and Cartridge? I am assuming they have a different function and one is not just a backup for the other. Q2 is there a website that lists locations where authorized dealers are in the area that I can view. I apologize if either of these are novice questions, but frankly I am a printer novice. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
They are two different parts
Normally you can get them from HP Store in your country. sometimes HP Store also lists where you can buy in your countery.
Regards.
