Hello.  We have DSS 5 on a server, with 1 licensed device.

There is a single M525MFP attached to it – model CF116A, serial # [Personal Information Removed]

 It has failed, so we have purchased a new M527 MFP –

Model F2A76A, serial # [Personal Information Removed]

 I want to save my settings on the M525MFP in the DSS program, and then restore them to the M527MFP, but the software won’t let me add the 2nd device.

 I tried to export the settings, but it keeps asking me for an encryption key, and then fails.

 What is the best way to bring the new device online to replace the old device, and have it managed in our DSS installation?
