Dear Support,
I purchased a Deskjet 4535 to print cheques. Each time I'm trying to print, the printer asks me about the paper size.
The size of cheques are different and the only way to overcome this issue is to disable the paper size check.
So, who can I disable the paper size check? Or how to make the printer use any size for paper szie?

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand you need assistance in disabling the paper size check,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you check your user guides to fix this issue?
Are you getting error messages such as Paper mismatch?
If yes, here's what you need to do:
When printing envelope sizes #10, C6, DL, C5 and Monarch in Microsoft Word, a Paper Mismatch message displays on the printer control panel or on the computer, and the printer does not print.
To resolve the issue, save the source file as a Portable Document Format (PDF) before printing on envelopes.

Return to the Word document you are trying to print, click File, click Save As, and then select the destination folder.

Thanks for your reply.
We have a system to print cheques and we purchased this printer to print the cheques.
As you know the cheque sizes is different and each time we try to print a cheque, after oppening the printer tray, we got the message of what is the size of the paper? And if it is not the same size, we got error message of paper mismatch and no printing is done.
So, I want to disable the printer check on the paper size or set it to print on any paper size.

Thank you for replying with this overwhelming and detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
You will need to select the correct paper size as there is no such option to select "Any paper size",
I recommend you select the size of the cheque you have and print accordingly,
A standard size of cheque for printing is: Length -8.92 inch and breadth -3 inch
You could, however, use customizable prints: Click here to watch a YouTube video And/or here for further instructions if you have a MacOS.

@Riddle_Decipher
Thanks for your reply and I'm sorry for answering too late.
What I realy need is to disable the self paper size check inside the printer.
All what I need is to open the tray and insert any paper size and give print order to the printer and the printer do the printing job .

As the below image, in HP LaserJet 400 setting, you can selet anysize for the tray 1 or tray 2.
That's waht I need to do in my Deskjet 4535, I need to set this option for the printer tray.
How can I do this?
