I am trying to print a two sided document and the back side is printing upside down.  Please advise.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are unable to make a duplex print correctly. Happy to help. 

Are you trying to print from MAC computer?

 

Recommend you to review paper handling settings on the print settings using this article. Refer to Step 2 in the article.

Instead of tablet-style change the paper handling to booklet style for duplex printing.
