Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have to install driver for scanjet G4010 photo scanner. I would like to from where I can dowload this driver if possible from HP.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

There may not be any drivers fo Win 10.

 

Why don't you try this alternative software:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Let us know if that works.

Hi. After following your steps I  dowloaded this driver and a window with " The HP Imaging Device was not found" There is any other way to dowload this driver to Win 10. Thank you
