Product: hpenvt 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The Hp Envy 4500 software (from disk) is downloaded to my PC. But I can not download it to my PC Why oh why not.

Holly gads - sorry. It was entered after a long day. I t should have said _ It downloaded to my PC but I can not get it to install on the printer (neither by USB or wireless)

Again sorry for the SLIGHT error

When you execute (run) the downloaded file, is there any error message ?
