HP Deskjet D2460 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to use this printer without a problem but it has disappeared from the 'devices' list as -not installed or named. My wife recently changed her laptop and it will not find drivers or install , yet HP does identify the product. This printer has previously worked on both our laptops but not the new one or mine despite all of them having W10 as the OS. Any advice please?

Thanks for this link. I have used it -as have my family- to try to resolve the driver problem and we are no further forward. I have followed other lines of resolving it also, without success; I think the machine isobsolete for W10 but haven't yet , quite, given up!

Thanks
