1.  Using the Support Assistant the download failed with no message.  It initialized the download but 1 second later failed to download.

 

2. Tried downloading just the file without the Assistant and got this message.

Not Found

The requested URL /pub/softlib/software13/COL29706/al-109196-4/PS_AIO_06_B209a-m_140_408-5.exe was not found on this server.

 

I'm running on a HP Envy 17t Windows 10 64-bit with 16GB DRAM and 1.5TB storage.

 

I've tried to do printer installation with both USB cable and with wifi network.

While I can't download the driver from the HP site, I did try to just let Windows 10 install a driver for the device.   I just used Add Printer in the Devices & Printers window, and let it find what it could for a driver.

 

It seemed to do the right thing since the printer is now working.  Yay Microsoft!

I'm also looking for a Windows 10 driver for my HP Deskjet F4580. Updating from Microsoft just give me a message that I'm already using the latest driver. Please help.
