Product: Scanjet 5470c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My scanner is still giving good results on my old OS.  Now want to move to Win 7.  or 10.

 

Is a updated driver available for this model scanner or do I have to dump it?

 

Would appreciate reasonable printable advice. Thanks.

Hi,

I afraid the scanner is not supported on Windows Vista or any later operating system as Windows 7 or 10:

There is no updated driver, Winows XP was the latest supported operating system.

Thanks Schlomi,  That clears any problem.  Have gone back to using it as dedicated scanner for old family photos etc., on Win Xp.
