Officejet Pro6968
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I download the Pro6968 driver, but when I install it, it is stucked during installing Basic Device Software. Thus, I cannot complete the driver installation. My computer is Lenovo's All-in-One computer, the system is Windows 10.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are unable to install driver for HP Officejet 6968 printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

  • Reset the printer.
  • Refresh the Windows Device Manager.
  • Uninstall the HP driver and software applications.
  • Remove unnecessary files and folders.
  • Turn off programs that run in the background.
  • Reinstall the HP driver and software applications.
  • Enable startup programs.

Click here and follow the document to perform above mentioned troubleshooting steps.
