Deskjet 3752
Mac OS X 10.7 Lion

We are unable to get our HP DeskJet 3752 working with our MacBook (running Mac OS X 10.7.5). After inserting the CD, it directed us to 123.hp.com/setup, which then had us download an installer. However, the installer got to a page that said "we were not able to automatically load any software options", and no driver was ever installed for our printer. It looks like it couldn't find the right drivers.

Where can we find the necessary drivers for this printer?

Thanks!

Greetings @needshelp765,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to install the printer on your MAC computer running on MAC OS X 10.7.5.

Don't worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you checked the drivers page on www.hp.com?

I see that the drivers are available only for 10.9 and above on our website. Click here

As the drivers are not available for 10.7, request you to use Apple update as a workaround.

Please follow the procedure mentioned in this HP Article for assistance.

Let me know if this helped.
