Product: HP Photosmart R847 Camera
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to know how to find the driver is for this camera - I have a new HP laptop and I want to transfer pictures to it.  I have a 64 bit laptop running windows 10.  Thanks for any and all help received.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

The device is pretty old and there are no drivers support.

 

An easy way to transfer the photos is to use a SD card reader (if the laptop has it) to transfer the photos.

Else, you can easily purchase a multiple card reader that can connect to your PC via USB.
