Two users have problem with Driver settings using HP laserjet P3010 series PCL 6 Driver. The printer is a HP P3015 laser jet shared on a Windows 2008 R2 Server.

Seems to be an issue chosing the Tray. When selecting output to tray 2 and applying the driver reset's itself to Automatically Select. Also all options on the Advanced TAB are greyed out and unavailable so they can't choose another driver.

Both users are domain users and member of local PC administrators Group. One user is Windows XP SP3 the other is using Windows 7.

I solved this by setting the options in 'Page Set Up' Button rather than Printer Properties button. There is a Paper Tab in Page set up whcih overides anything in printer properties. This seems to only affect Outlook 2007/2010.
