My printer weas working fine then It stopped and It says the drivers were unavailable. I downloaded HP universal driver PLC 6. I use a usb connection. To print I need a printer address, what is it-I don't have an network for the printer as it is not wireless.

Is there a reason the printer just stopped working, it was fine for the passed 12 months

This should help you in getting the most up to date driver.

Please let me know of the issues you find.

I am an HP employee.
