Does anyone know if it is possible to find a Scanner driver for my HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-One which I am trying to link to my G3 Macintosh which uses Operating System 9.2.2...?

Hey there! @Oldmacman, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand you need printer scanner drivers for your MAC PC.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
You can use HP easy scan app or HP AIO app and scan from your MAC.
You can download easy scan and app from app store on your mac and try scanning.
Also, refer this article to know how to use HP AIO app.
Refer this article to know to scan from mac for more information.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂

Hi - thanks for your advice. may I just check that you know my system... Firstly my Mac is not linked to the Internet. Secondly, I have an old G3 Mac. Thirdly I am on OS9.2.2. I can get drivers for a Mac with OS10.3 and higher but no site seems to suggest that there is a driver for system 9.2.2 and I can't upgrade because my main programs will then be useless.

@Oldmacman1, thanks for your response and time. I was indeed waiting for your response.
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
As you mentioned your printer is not connected to the internet and your printer drivers for OSX 10.3 and above.
I have checked the records and there are no drivers available from HP.
However, you can install apple print drivers from apple website directly and check if it helps.
Please update the apple printer drivers using this link.
Let me know if this works!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂
