Hi @Rohmat39 ,
I see that you are getting the error "E3". I would like to help you out today.
The error usually means that the print cartridge is missing or it is not installed correctly. You have already reseated the toners and have the same results.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner?
Did you just change the toner and started getting this error message?
Make sure all the packing material is removed from the toner.
Make sure there isn't a piece of paper pulled part way in from the paper tray blocking the sensor.
I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
If you need further assistance, just let me know.
Have a nice day!
Thank You.

Unfotunately my printer just got the same problem.
The printer printed the first page of three normal and than suddenly stopped showing error E3.
No paper jamed, cartridge had been low for some time but last page was printed in a perfect way.
Finally I did the "hard reset" as you suggested, no change.
Than placed a new printer cartridge (original hp) but display shows E3 code still.
Would you have any suggestion please?
