I'm using Cisco ISE 2.0.   Within the printer web GUI Networking>802.1X Authentication, I have PEAP and EAP-TLS disabled.  However, my printer is STILL trying to use an EAP-based protocol to communicate with my network switch.  How is this possible?  What can I do to disable my printer from doing this?

Hello,

Please use the printer´s web interface to disable the EAP protocol.

Look under networking tab.

Hey CatalinaB003,

Thank you for responding.  The EAP protcol is already disabled.  The check boxes are clear.  Yet, it's still attempting to communicate.  That is what's troubling about this issue.
